Staff was helpful with my helmet and I found a nice hockey stick.

I went to play it again sports to look for a Xmas gift for my two sons . They both wanted football pads. Unfortunately they only had the football pads for one of my sons in the store. I was stressing about what to do and I didn’t want to spend money on new pads. Mike saw my stress and offered to go check the warehouse and search for more pads. He came back with three options. I was so grateful for his time and help.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store is trash especially with their policies. Criminal what they charge for most of their items AND credit they give for lightly used items. All of their used gear is at the end of its life. Then they don’t allow you to get your store credit on returns applied to a gift card that could be used at another location with more or better equipment. I would choose anywhere else before ever considering returning to this specific location. I’d love for someone other than the teenager employed at the register to follow up with me, if you’d like to solve any of this conflict.Response: If by “guns ablazing” means asking for a gift card to put towards a future purchase when I could come with my son make sure the size was accurate or for use possible use another location with more options available, then yes! Being told my that my $50 in store credit had to be used where there was nothing for me and having to waste my time driving back and forth between the two locations just to spend additional $$$ is dumbfounding. This could have been made right by simply applying to a gift card, instead you made $50 and lost me as a customer.

Excellent customer service from their team and especially, Mike, who owns the store. Quality of sports equipment I have purchased is top notch. The staff assist with transporting your purchased items to your car or where you live if they are able to. Looking forward to shopping here again.
